All customers who already have an account automatically participate in the Loyalty Program.
You receive 10 points for every € you spend. There are also other ways to collect points, such as our WhatsApp Channel or subscribe to the newsletter to collect points.
Dein Level ist ab Silver bis zu 12 Monate lang gültig. Level Bronze ist dauerhaft gültig, bis zu ins nächste Level aufsteigst.

If you advance to a higher level within these 12 months, the validity period of the level will be reset to 12 months from the date on which you advanced to the next level.
If you do not collect enough points during this period, you will be downgraded to the level that corresponds to your current score.
You can see your points balance on the Loyalty Dashboard and in your customer account.
If you are in Platinum or Black level, the free shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. If you are in Bronze, Silver or Gold level, you must enter the code you received by email manually in the shopping cart.
You will receive your individual codes automatically by email. Also check your spam folder for the email "Check the benefits in your level".

In this case, please contact our Customer Service. They can add a new email address to your customer account.
Due to the return period, your outstanding points will be transferred to your points account after 21 days. Your level, if applicable, will only be updated after the review.
**Approved:** These points have been added to your account.
**Outstanding:** These points must be checked before they appear in your account.
**Canceled:** These points will not be credited to your account. This is the case, for example, if you cancel a purchase (the points are changed from "pending" to "canceled").
If you return or cancel an order, the outstanding points will be deducted within the 21 days. If you return an item after the 21 days, these will also be deducted from your points balance.
Your codes are valid for 1 year from the date you receive them. The period starts from the date you receive the email listing the codes.
If you create a customer account with the email address you used to order as a guest in the past, you will receive points retroactively. All orders that you have placed since the start of the Loyalty Program (April 2024) will be credited to you.
If you have already joined the WhatsApp channel, you still need to click on the link above for the points to be credited to you.
