Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.

Go to Returns Portal to start your return. You can easily process a return through our dedicated returns portal which allows you to pay a reduced fee for a label to send the item back.

They must arrive back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date.

Yes we offer free shipping on orders over £300

We use DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail for orders in the UK.

We use DHL and UPS for orders from outside of the UK.

We offer both Klarna and Clearpay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.

Duties & Taxes Not Included.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will normally trigger a customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.

Customs may or may not charge an import duty. This is outside of our control.

We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

Please note that you will always be responsible for paying any import charges.

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.

We do offer returns. The item(s) need to be registered on our returns portal within 14 days and received within 28 days.

Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed via email.

If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product or size, you must return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the returns process, we will issue you a store credit immediately once your items are approved or issue a refund to your original payment method.

In this case, please contact our Customer Service. They can add a new email address to your customer account.

We try to update on restocks as much as we can through our social channels. The best way to be informed is to sign up to stock notifications on the product page. You will then receive an email once the product is restocked.

Yes! Sign up to our mailing list and you will receive exclusive information and access to new releases and restocks.

If you return or cancel an order, the outstanding points will be deducted within the 21 days. If you return an item after the 21 days, these will also be deducted from your points balance.
