Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once approved a Return Shipping label will be sent to your email, the return shipping cost will then be deducted from the total refund amount to your bank account.
Once return is checked and approved, the refund will be initiated.
To start a return please use our online returns portal.
1. Download and print the returns label.
2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label to a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
3. Take it to an authorised drop-off location and ship it.
4. You will get the update on the return page and email.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased may only be eligible for store credit unless specifically stated. This includes site-wide sales and certain promotional events, which will be stated clearly during event announcements and countdown emails.

IMPORT CHARGES
DDU (DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID) All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.
We provide all necessary customs documentation with your order. However, we cannot control customs processing times or guarantee delivery timeframes due to potential customs delays.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, missed deliveries, or unpaid customs charges, orders will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

For orders shipped outside the UK, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country's regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.
When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion.
